Very limited GF menu, but the kitchen was willing to cook my chicken on a separate pan to prevent cross contamination.

The chef was very accommodating to make sure that I could eat safely. The first time I ordered the salmon and substituted the cous cous for the cauliflower rice. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed it. My husband got the chicken which was marked gf and he enjoyed it but thought the side cucumber pickles were too acidic.
The second time I ordered from the pool bar lunch menu and got the baby kale salad with chicken. The salad was not marked gf on the menu but the waiter checked and apparently it was gluten free already. It was very good but extremely spicy.
All in all good experience and grateful they could accommodate. I did not get sick but wish they had more marked gf options!
