Review of Chibo

Chibo is an okonomiyaki chain that has a gluten free pork okonomiyaki available. It is the only flavor option but it is delicious! There is a hot plate in the middle of each table that the okonomiyaki is served on, but my gluten free one was served directly on a plate to avoid cross contamination. The mayonnaise is gluten free as well! Be careful as I think they use the same frier in the back for everything, but I have severe celiac and had no reaction.
