I was so excited, thinking that I can actually have a Chicago deep dish pizza that is gluten-free. Not today. Their gluten-free pizza comes in one size, medium and it is a flat crust. I asked for Kalamata olives, but they only had black, not even green olives. I settled for a spinach, which was frozen, not fresh. Make no mistake this is a chain restaurant and no better than Dominos.
