They sent me a thorough description of the precautions they take to ensure no cross contamination. - separate preparation bench- separate sauces- separate toppings - gluten free bases made elsewhere arriving sealed - separate trays - separate cutter All utensils washed each time.They told me there is still flour in the atmosphere of course. Food delicious too and good prices!
