The fries at Chickfila are safe to eat because they are fried in their own oil and not in with the other breaded, gluten containing foods.

if you opt for fries they're cooked in a separate fryer from the chicken. also, if you get a sandwich, they have a gluten free bun you can order. it comes prepackaged, and you assemble the sandwich yourself to prevent cross contamination.

We explained to the cashier my daughter has celiac disease. The manager was next to her and got involved with her order. I asked for the person prepping the food to change gloves and make the gluten free meal first. The manager was condescending and made it sound as if this was a monumental task and could not guarantee it could be done properly. My daughter had the grilled nuggets (which aren't very good) and fries and felt sick while eating the meal. The manager wouldn't guarantee a safe meal (and delivered on that promise) so I'd say if you have celiac disease to stay away from this chick-fil-a. I don't think they all are like this as I've heard positive experiences from other chick-fil-a restaurants but this one is a no go for our family from now on.

Never gotten sick and the staff is always so friendly. I love the new gluten free bun on the grilled chicken club sandwich glad their is at least one fast food place I can always get gluten free fries. They fry the breaded stuff in peanut oil and the fries are fried in Canola oil so no chance of cross contamination.

Always a great place to eat! Gluten free buns available which can be used for grilled chicken sandwiches, waffle fries are gluten free and made in a separate fryer. Only complaint is that the portions are on the small side. Besides that, Chick-Fil-A has been great and I have had no issues with the restaurant. Great go to gluten free fast food!

My kids are gluten sensitive. Every time we would catch a bite to eat (usually after a doctors appointment), the kids would end up with their tell tale face rash. The stars I give are for the friendly service and the play area so I can have a conversation without interruption for 5-10 minutes.

I was surprised to learn that Chick Fil-A has GF options. The girl working the counter didn’t know much but she quickly called the manager, who was knowledgeable. The grilled chicken sandwiches and nuggets are GF as are the FF and the chocolate milk shakes. The grill is used only for the GF chicken. There is also a GF bun, which are individually sealed to avoid contamination. I’m giving it 5 stars for safety, not bc it’s a gourmet restaurant. It’s Chick Fil-A; you know what you’re getting. I would confirm protocol at any Chick Fil-A before eating there.
