This goes for any chic fil a in my experience: I've never gotten sick from them, which is fantastic. However, many times I've been given moldy bread and other times they're out of the bread. They're always considerate and kind, and I can tell they do their best with what they're given, but it's just not always a pleasant experience.

Staff was careful and knowledgeable. Delicious grilled nuggets.

Grilled Nuggets are safe but NOT the fries as they do not use a dedicated fryer, they do however offer a fruit cup instead of fries. I usually get the Spicy Southwest Salad with Zesty or Avocado Lime Ranch (no pepitas or tortilla chips tho...these are NOT gf).

They have gluten free buns! They’re a little dry but still good. The staff was really nice and let me order a breakfast sandwich which they put in a container with a gluten free bun in a bag on the side. Yummy.

No! Not celiac friendly! They have a gluten free grill area, but the sandwiches are made in the same space as the wheat buns!! I asked at the counter and the manager told me.

I have had good success with their grilled chicken sandwiches and waffles fries. GF Bun come in it’s own package so is safe. Each time I have dined in and spoken with the manager. Nice to have a safe fast food option!

I have eaten here multiple times and have never gotten sick. I always have them flag my order & sometimes change their gloves. I have ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (with GF bun) as well as the grilled chicken nuggets. The fries are also GF and in a dedicated fryer. Oh and the Chick-fil-A sauce is safe too! I once had a frosted lemonade but since they share the ice cream mixer with other glutened items I haven’t done so since. *note - I always take a Glutenease capsule when I eat here just to be safe.

Good grilled nuggets. Be SURE to tell them your gluten free. Don’t get waffle fries, they have fried chicken crumbs on them

Grilled chicken, fruit cup or fries are gluten free! This is the only fast food kids meal we can find in the area that is all gluten free. Turn in the prize from the kids meal to get a cup of ice cream instead!

Only FF restaurant I don’t have to worry about. Also, the fries are not cross contaminated which is a major win for a child with celiac.

Wouldn’t recommend eating the new spicy grilled sandwich on a gf bun. Tested it in my Nima and it tested “gluten found”

Ok when desperate. GF bun is dry/crumbly and right out of the package. A nice gesture but they really don’t make an effort.

At the register I told the lady that I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. She asked if it was for an allergy. I said yes, and she said she would notify the kitchen. She asked if I wanted the waffle chips. (The waffle fries are not gluten-free.). The chicken, tomato, and lettuce came in a closed plastic container, with the bun in a sealed plastic bag. The chips were in a small sealed bag. The cash register receipt indicated that it was for allergy. The lady at the register had obviously been trained on how to handle this. I was very satisfied.

Celiac safe as with all of their other locations. Grilled nuggets and fries are perfectly fine.

We have eaten here multiple times. Staff is not very trained on it but every single time the manager on duty hears me ordering GF from the menu he/she steps in and takes over the order. I also make sure to ask them to change gloves when preparing his food. We never had an issue. My son is the one with Celiac. We usually order grilled chicken (nuggets or GF bun) and fries.

Allows the best and fastest service for quality food. I am GF sensitive and the salads are my only go to but are consistently delicious and fresh. I go at least once a week.

Now have the “shared prep space” disclaimer. Shared fryer. Only safe options were waffle chips (potato chips) in a bag that were about $1.69 each, and a couple of drink options. Boo.

Ordered a GF chicken sandwich only to have the package say not a gluten free kitchen. This would have been nice to know before I ate. I have a severe allergic reaction to wheat.

We always ask about the fryers whereever we go. At this location the cashier wanted to make extra sure I wouldn't get sick so he went back to talk to the person working the fryer. Assured me the fryer would be ok for me. All employees were helpful and no one got sick after.

So we called ahead and asked about GF options, they told us that all fries are cooked separately than all other food so that, when we went in and asked they said, they do not have GF fries but not sure if that is just cause in-experiences staff not knowing what GF is. They said they can prepare our fries separate from rest but it was really hard to tell if that done. My son is 7 so it’s mainly for his condition

Eat here quite often and never have problems. They make a note to change gloves. I get the grilled nuggets and fries are safe as they are prepped separately.

Always a safe option, just make sure you check your order because sometimes they mess it up in a rush. And the layout of the lot is super confusing so I would just opt to go inside to order instead of going through the drive thru

Ask for Micheal the manager, he was absolutely wonderful and took great care and detail in explaining for the kitchen prepares the food. He was very sweet. The grills only have the grilled chicken on them and the morning sausage and bacon. The fries are fried in a separate fryer than the chicken and also use a different oil. He also recommend the gluten free buns.He made sure the cooks in the back changed their gloves and noted it on the tickets. My food was place in our bag closed with a sticker to make sure my husband and sons food did not come in contact.I order the 8 count grilled nuggets with fries.I did not use the condiments

GF Breakfast sandwiches and Hash Browns! YUM! Having very limited places to grab a fast food on the go, this was worth the stop. Love seeing more and more places open that offer GF options.
