Had breakfast there and was very sick afterward for 5 days. Was definitely not celiac safe. Usually if you order with gluten allergy your receipt shows it but mine came out without showing allergy on the receipt. Wonder if they rang it up wrong so no precautions were taken.

Grilled chicken nuggets, fries and all sauces are GF. If you mention your allergy they make sure to change gloves to prevent cross contamination.

They have their own Gluten Free bun that comes in a sealed package. Their fries are grilled in seperate oil so for the first time in a long time I have had real fries. To be able to have a grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and a frozen lemonade makes me feel normal again. I literally teared up the first time I went seeing all the food I could get. For the first time I actually could order something I genuinely wanted instead my usual experience of there not being a lot of options or just having to get a salad.

Called ahead. Was able to verify they use a separate fryer for fries and that the grilled nuggets are cooked only with other grilled items and to let them know to change their gloves!

I was just here and felt very safe. I actually had the chance to speak with a manager and they have strict gluten free protocol. They have separate fryers and gluten free buns. All sauces are gluten free as well. It is the perfect “on the go” fast food location for Celiac Disease.

The food is absolutely delicious! I always get the grilled chicken nuggets, but I've seen their individually packaged buns and they seem good too. I love that they have such a clear gluten free menu! The french fries are heaven as well!

I’ve eaten here many times and haven’t gotten sick. I have celiac, but as always, Chick-fil-a is a great option for fast food. The hashbrowns, fries, bagged chips, grilled nuggets, Market salad are my faves.

Staff are always great about ensuring my sandwich is made without the bun and their prepackaged gf buns are amazing. I do the egg white grill for breakfast with the gf hashbrowns and the grilled chicken club with gf waffles fries for lunch. The healthy choice is the grilled market salad which also wonderful.

Definitely skip this place!!!! Waited in line forever hoping to get a salad with the grilled chicken. Basically all you can get is a super wimpy market salad. Should’ve checked on here first but chick fil a is my go to.

First time ever at a Chik-fil-a. Outstanding service. Two different managers apologized for slow service due to thawing a GF bun. One gave us a card for a free sandwich. One brought us some grilled nuggets. Overall food was great. Will definitely chime back.

Extra 2$ for a gf bun!!! No way the sandwich costs a lot for what it is add an extra 2$ you are looking close to 10$ for a fast food chicken sandwich.

Terrible place to go for a Celiac. I have tried going here more than once and I get horribly sick every time. Cross contamination is impossible to avoid for the workers at this place. And I rarely get sick from safe restaurants. This is defiantly not a safe restaurant

Chick fil A is the only fast food to date that I can eat with celiac or want to eat in general! Their grilled nuggets are GF, some of their sides including the waffle fries are GF and cooked in separate fryer as far as I know. They also offer some GF salads. They also offer GF buns. On the spectrum of sensitivity to gluten I’m fairly sensitive and have never gotten sick after eating here. Most the dipping sauces are GF. You have to do your homework online beforehand if you’re unsure.

I love to get their grilled chicken club on their GF bun. The bun is a wholegrain style bun and comes in it's own package, and the sandwich's "insides" in another container to help avoid cross contamination, and they also label it gluten free. Before assembling I recommend microwaving the bun in it's package for about 15-20 seconds so it's soft and chewy like regular bread. The waffle fries have a dedicated fryer with canola oil, but they do however fry their other items in peanut oil, so beware if you have a nut allergy.

We have visited this location several times since being gluten free and have not had any issues thankfully. They have answered our questions and even asked us questions to confirm they were getting the order correct. We order the grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Upon ordering, we always ask them to please flag our order for a gluten allergy. We have done this both inside and using the drive through. They also have gluten free buns available.

Please read this review. The grilled chicken has always been marinated. The marinated is gluten free. Here i usually get the grilled chicken nuggets or the sandwich on gluten free bun with fries. I get Diet Coke or water. The fries are in separate fryer which is safe for people with celiac disease which is awesome :) I love chick fil a :)

This used to be a safe recommendation for me. But unfortunately twice now with their grilled nuggets and grilled chicken sandwich they have come back as positive for gluten on my nima sensor. I only started testing because I would occasionally feel sick after eating here. Unfortunately this seems to be the case with several Chic Fil As across the country. I no longer eat any of their grilled foods, occasionally I will come here for fries or a milkshake but the risk is just not worth it. If you truly want to go for their grilled items I would recommend checking them in the Nima sensor first, they have made items that came back negative for gluten, but other times it has been positive.

Several minutes into the line, I noticed the severely limited menu...no salads or grilled nuggets. Just ordered a fry & yogurt with fruit. Immediately after eating the fries, I could tell we had a problem. I've never reacted this badly to just cross contamination from hands or utensils. (Reaction started before eating the yogurt.) I suspect the fries are fried in the same fryer as the chicken. I still feel like I've just eaten a whole chick-fil-a sandwich, and this was 10 hours ago!

UPDATE: today I got glutened. IDK if it was the bacon I tried today, maybe they cook it with gluten. Or if it was because I went at lunch rush. GF bun is yummy and comes separately in a sealed bag. Grilled chicken and toppings were separated into their own container. Their fryer is dedicated to fries. When I called, they said they wouldn't mind changing their gloves but when I asked at the counter the young girl was clueless and it was embarrassing for me.

While the staff says they maintain a dedicated fryer, they are not very understanding of GF. The grilled chicken and nuggets come and plain and are marinaded in a marinade that contains gluten. At most locations the kitchen staff leaves some chicken without the marinade to be used when a customer cannot have gluten. However at this location they decide to marinade it all at once, thus making the chicken unsafe for Celiacs. It frustrates me because I have been to many locations around the country that very easily accommodate this. Whats the point of a gluten free bun if my chicken won’t be gluten free too?

I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. I began to eat it and found breaded chicken mixed into my salad!! So angry. I contacted management and received no response. I contacted corporate and they sent me a letter and a free salad gift card. I would rather have my money back as I’ll never trust them again.

This location not very familiar with Gluten Free. I had to ask the Manager and he offered to print me out the nutrition list and I could verify glutens myself. After I mentioned a gf bun online he said “oh ya we’ve got those”. Has grilled chicken sandwich or grilled nuggets. No dedicated fryer. But does carry gluten free waffle chips.

Asked cashier if they did gluten free grilled chicken, he said “we can do well done but I don’t know if we do gluten free”. It was busy, so I didn’t press the issue. I was here 1 year ago and did get GF grilled chicken served in a container with a lid, and chips. This location needs better training. I left without ordering.

I give this three stars because while I can eat it safely now, I have had issues in the past. When I was diagnosed with Celiac I tried this place many times and I got stuck every time. However, being a year into GF I can eat here safely but I’m assuming that’s simply due to my removal of gluten altogether. Be careful!

This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Chik fli A.. I ordered a 6 piece grilled chicken nugget. Told the guy that I have celiac disease and please tell the cook to wear clean gloves when handling my order. Anyway I got fried chicken nuggets. When I took it back, the girl tried to put the fries that was in the bag with the fried nuggets in the new order. When I asked for new fries she rolled her eyes.!!!!!

They are trying and the sandwich was handled well. I still got sick. I am allergic to MSG and found out the chicken was marinated in a sauce which contained MSG. Instant migraine headache. Please let your customers know what is in your GF sandwiches. I am a sensitive Celiac, without the MSG component the GF sandwich would be great. Sorry, won’t be eating at Chick Fil A again.
