Most of these establishments are safe but only the french fries. I was glutened once and that was in the Palm Coast (FL) area. I always request the fries be in a separate bag sealed from cross contact. The grilled chicken had never passed my #NIMA sensor test. Be sure to watch what is placed--then removed-- in the GF french fry bag.
Ordered gluten free bun told them I needed glove change they gave me a sandwich with a gluten bun. Went back and told them I needed a new sandwich with a gluten-free bun. Gave me a gluten free bun but a breaded chicken sandwich instead of grilled. Went back and explained to them how every other chick fi la does it and they finally got it right
I personally don’t like the buns but I always get the grilled nuggets and never have a problem with them or the fries.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.

They flag allergies and take precautions when prepping but they do bag gf food items with regular sometime so be sure to specify when ordering
Gluten free buns are really
We eat here often and have never been glutened. I usually eat grilled nuggets and fries.
Staff were knowledgeable and helped me with the menu item I could eat. They asked if I was coeliac or intolerant. I opted for the grilled chicken and waffle fries and BBQ sauce. The meal came deconstructed with a bun wrapped in its own plastic bag. I felt at ease and confident to eat and enjoy
Knowledgeable. Help to feel at ease. Food was good and I had no reaction.
