Alerted celiac/gluten allergy. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato with GF bun and fries. Was confirmed allergy alerts on both, confirmed glove changes and such. Went home and ate. Became symptomatic likely from cross contamination.

Formerly a safe choice, but now it makes my daughter sick. Not sure what is happening here. The service, management team and product quality have all deteriorated severely. Do not recommend for Celiac or otherwise.

Staff reassured that they would change gloves and take allergy precautions. My food came out marked and they reassured me at the window that they took extra precautions

went in and ordered grilled chicken without a bun and said it was an allergy and the cashier red flagged it and I got home thinking I had dinner, but no... it had a bun.

Asked for seperate bag and changing of gloves. Did not follow directions tried to tell me it was fine. No it’s not fine. Got irritated with me when I asked for it to be remade..

We had a grilled sandwhich on a gf bun. We also had grilled chicken nuggets. Cashier was eager to flag it as an allergy and really helpful. Didn’t get sick at all (my husband is super sensitive to cross contamination).

So, I tried their grilled chicken sandwich after I was newly Celiac diagnosed. The bread was disgusting. Gave it a 2nd try a few weeks later with their grilled "nuggets". BLUCK!
