Review of Chick-fil-A

This a new location, and it was super busy when we arrived. I staked our claim at a table, and my mom ordered grilled chicken tenders for me, but when my meal arrived, they were breaded and fried. It turns out they don't have grilled tenders, but they do have grilled nuggets, which they gave me. The breaded chicken (officially known as Chick-n-strips) comes in a cardboard container, but the grilled chicken comes in a round plastic container with a lid. Between the busyness and accidentally ordering something they didn't have, it's easy to see how a mix-up could happen. Fortunately, breaded chicken looks nothing like grilled chicken.Their website menu has "Health/allergen information" tab, which leads to several links including "Allergen, Gluten, & Diabetic Exchange." Clicking on that yields "Gluten information." "Below is a list of our menu items that may fit if you are trying to avoid gluten. Some ingredients such as spices and natural flavors may be proprietary; therefore, we may not have the source listed for those items....Please note that we do not have a gluten free prep area in our kitchens." They list all the gf sauces and dressings as well.
