I do the pick up option online so I can make sure I clearly label everything an allergy instead of going through the drive through. I have had zero issues and the gf bun comes sealed so no cross contamination. I love having a fast food option!!

Never had a problem. The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer, and the grilled nuggets are safe.
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Most restaurants in this chain are very good, but this location was terrible. First off the person taking the order, had no clue about gluten free, even though it was on the menu board. My wife and I both ordered gluten free #5’s which is a grilled chicken filet, which comes with a separate gf bun normally, and fries and a drink. Because this was our first time at this location, We asked if the fries were done in a separate fryer. The cashier did not know the answer, but checked with someone and assured us that their fries were cooked in a designated fryer. After we got that cleared up, we took our seats, and waited for the food. The delivery person brought the food and it wasn’t even gluten free, it was the normal meal. He apologized and went back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, the same girl that took our order, brought out the gf meals. I said to her, after all the talk about making sure you did not cross contaminate food here, you didn’t even mark the order gf. She said oh, I’m sorry. I should have talked to the manager, but I was in a hurry to make an appointment, so I did nothing. We will not be going back.
No
Unknowledgeable staff. Asked if the fries were gluten free and cooked in separate fryer. Could not answer and went to ask someone else. Told her had serious allergy. Claimed they were fine. Ordered gluten free grilled chicken breast and fries. Received chicken breast on regular roll. Told delivery person this was wrong. They brought correct order, but not convinced that they didn’t just take chicken off gluten roll and put in container and brought back with gluten free roll. Won’t trust them again!
My server showed real attention to my celiac needs, making a trip to the kitchen on my behalf to make sure they followed GF protocols. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. The bun was surprisingly good, and comes sealed in cellophane, so you can assemble yourself. No problem with fries, as they do come from a dedicated fryer.

Always enjoy getting chick fi la. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries. They know to change gloves and put in a gluten allergy alert.

They have a separate fryer for their fries which is great to have more a variety when ordering! I always get their grilled nuggets with fries and I have never had a problem.

I have successfully eaten at Chick-Fil-A in a number of places while traveling. I order grilled nuggets and fruit cup or a grilled sandwich with gluten free bun. Today I ordered the grilled nuggets and fruit cup only to find a small piece of fried chicken in my fruit cup at the very bottom. I would never eat here again.
