When you order curbside your can note in the app special instructions: celiac/no gluten/change gloves and to bag separately

Management informed me that fries are in a dedicated fryer and grilled chicken has its own grill that is used.

Management was able to talk me through their safety protocols with handling celiac flagged orders and I felt confident in their process. My daughter is extremely sensitive with cross contamination and had no issues at all! She loves the waffle fries, grilled chicken nuggets and vanilla ice-cream!

This is my second incident at Chick-fil-A. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and as I got to the bottom of my breakfast, there was fried chicken. I am super sensitive and now sick. I’ve always love Chick-fil-A but I can’t chance my health.
