I've eaten a lot at Chick-fil-A in Minnesota and up north, as never been hit. But I've been hit a couple times by multiple chains here. It seems to be teenagers who aren't being properly taught allergen safety by a manager, as I've spoken to managers down here in Texas who just don't know what gluten is, or what wheat is. I definitely would ask a lot of questions before going here, many food chains are no longer having dedicated fryers as well so be careful if this is a gf safety place for you.
