I eat here about twice per month. Grilled nuggets, fries, kale salad, diet lemonade. Never have had a problem.
As Celiac I do not eat here but my daughter has a wheat and dairy allergy and they are always very sweet patient and do listen to her needs. I am not sure any Celiac can eat at a fast food restaurant or a restaurant without a dedicated kitchen. That is the reality because of cross contamination. We must at our own risk and accept this responsibility. 😊However for other allergies and gluten intolerance they are very helpful and do their best in their kitchen that may have things be contaminated. Do not eat here if you are very sensitive or have medical reasons that may cause reactions. 😊
This is my second incident at Chick-fil-A. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and as I got to the bottom of my breakfast, there was fried chicken. I am super sensitive and now sick. I’ve always love Chick-fil-A but I can’t chance my health.

Typical experience at Chick-Fil-A. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and most importantly, dependably safe GF food. Grilled nuggets did come out with allergy note attached.
I have been perfectly fine after eating at the Clift Farms and Athens locations. However, I tried this one for the first time today and within a couple hours, I am sick. It’s not safe!
Chick Fil A always tends to be a safe fast food option. This location specifically is great. One time my girlfriend went inside to grab our order and the employee asked if the gluten free was a preference or allergy and once she was told it was an allergy she double checked everything to make sure it was good to go.
We had a great visit to this CFA. Their fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. And they have grilled chicken nuggets, which my daughter loves. I just told the cashier that we have a gluten intolerance and they put a red flag notice in the computer to change gloves.
