I worked back of house, so I can confidently say that you won’t be able to fully avoid gluten, but I eat here still and don’t usually get sick. The fries are in their own fryer, however the cleaning brushes which are used throughout the day are shared for all the fryers so there will be fragments of gluten in the “dedicated fryer.” Also, grilled chicken is cooked separately but prepared on the same line as the rest of the food. Also the shakes are hand spun together, rendering them cross contaminated because of the cookies and cream shake.
