Review of Chicken Fiesta

The employee was very forthcoming when I asked my questions. The food for the most part is wheat free. I can't attest to the seasoning so it may not be celiac friendly. The food is delicious! The only wheat product I could tell is the flour tortillas and they don't go into the fryer. The potential cross contamination is between the corn and flour tortillas because they are warmed up on the same cooking surface, but they have a dedicated surface for just the tortillas. The chicken is on a spit, the beef and ribs have their own stove and the other sides on a separate stove.
