We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and fries which were both so good. Sauces are clearly marked on the wall all but 3 were gluten free. The seating is tough which was the only downside of this place you need to claim your table as soon as someone gets up and most people leave crumbs on the table and seat.

Had a pretty good meal here yesterday. The chicken is fresh - tender and juicy. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun (Udi’s). But they didn’t toast the bun so it fell apart. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got them anyway. Sauces are good - most all are gluten free. I tried the buttermilk ranch and the avocado crema and both were tasty. The fries were great. Crispy and well seasoned. The staff is well versed in gluten free prep and bag everything separately. Aside from not toasting the bun (gluten free 101) and not leaving off the pickles, I left full and happy. No reaction and I felt safe due to precautions the staff takes. Good place to stop if you need gluten free in Gatlinburg.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun. My sandwich came out 30 min later. My family had already finished their meal by the time they brought out my order. The restaurant was also dirty. No one had cleaned the crumbs off of everything in a while.

So safe for my Celiac husband. Andrew took our order and at the mention of Celiac he took us through the whole process and was very thorough. Fries are separate fryer and grilled chicken was handled with fresh gloves and even bagged separately from any other gluteny meals. Get the curry mayo! Yum!

Andrew took our order, when I said gluten free. He immediately put allergy and gluten free 2x in his computer. He said fries are cooked separately. The person who would cook our food washes their hands and changes gloves. He told us the 3 sauces to avoid. I had the 5 piece grilled chicken combo and loaded fries.

I mentioned gluten free and the cashier went in depth on how the kitchen staff takes precautions. I felt very safe eating there. The fries were good but my grilled chicken tenders were dry and tough. I wasn’t impressed with them at all. I went with four non-gluten free people and they didn’t like the regular breaded chicken tenders either.

They were so amazing when I mentioned having Celiac. Took the time to change gloves and be sure that I was completely comfortable. Food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for the whole family! My crew is not celiac and they wanted to go back for dinner it what so good!

Love chicken guy! All but 2 or 3 dipping sauces are gluten free. I always get the grilled tenders and fries (serve the tenders on a stick!)

Staff was knowledgeable and marked ticket with gluten allergy. All sauces, except 3, are GF. They have a dedicated fryer for fries. I got the 3 grilled tender combo with fries and drink, along with Curry Mayo and Nashville Honey Hot sauces. The Curry Mayo was my favorite of the two delicious sauces. The grilled tenders were small, but tender.

Love the Fries that were prepared in their own dedicated fryer. Lots of choices for dipping sauces the grilled tenders were over cooked but still a solid 4 stars (for flavor and quality) and 5 hearts as I felt very safe eating there (I write my reviews no sooner than 5 hours afterward to make sure no health issues happen AND so I can assess my behavior sometimes my family contributes to contamination)

My husband (a Celiac) ordered the grilled chicken strips and said they were delicious! The sauces are awesome, and all but 3 are gluten free. We recommend the cumin lime mojo.

First time visit. Cashier pointed out what could be made GF and that most of the sauces are GF. Got a grilled chicken tender combo and enjoyed the flavor and the fries! It was basic but delicious! The cashier said he would not on ticket that it was for GF. Two hours after lunch and I feel fine.

A good, quick and easy spot if you’re out and about on the Strip. Grilled chicken tenders are GF as well as all but three sauces. Fries in a dedicated fryer. My order was brought out incorrectly at first (fried not grilled chicken) but they fixed it in less than two minutes, fresh fries and all! Suggest the special sauce and Nashville hot honey.

Very good experience here. Gave the cashier my order and informed him of my allergy. He noted it in my order and then physically went to the back and told staff there was an allergy order. I believe they took reasonable precautions and I've had no noticeable side effects.

The grilled chicken tenders are delicious and juicy. Almost all sides are gluten free and those that aren't are labeled.
