Review of Chicken Salad Chick

This location just opened recently. I spoke with one of the managers who happened to also be a sensitive Celiac like me. He said he eats safely at the restaurant and said I didn't have to worry about cross contamination. The rest of the safe was still too new to know much about GF dining, so make sure to speak with a manager. As for what to eat, I had the Classic Carol chicken salad with a bag of Baked Lays potato chips. The salad was fantastic. They have other chicken salad options, but that is the only one I recall at the moment. The manager I spoke with is also lactose intolerant, so he said there more options that were GF but contain dairy. I'm hoping they will consider offering a GF soup, but at the moment, he said they were not gluten free. All the same, it is nice to have a new option in Mobile for GF dining out.
