Review of Chicken Salad Chick

This was my first time eating at this chain and I really really wanted to have a good experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. After double-checking that the chicken salad I wanted was gluten free, my order arrived with packaged crackers and package cookie on my plate. As the gluten was packaged and not touching anything else, I ate my salad and chips, but had a bad reaction soon afterwards. I may try again at a different location but with more care—specifically telling them no crackers/cookies and maybe eating from the to-go salads to eliminate the possible cross contamination from the serving scoop.
