Eat here often. They offer GF tortilla chips. Can do quesadillas on the grill, salads, bowls, hard and soft shell corn tortillas. Burritos are not possible because the corn tortilla is not large enough. Great fresh food. Our go to for hard shell tacos.

These guys are so well-trained and the food is absolutely delicious!
— Separate gluten-free menu
Been a patron since way back, before I was diagnosed with CD, and I love that I can still eat almost everything on the menu. The staff is very knowledgable. All you have to do is tell them if you are GF and they will change their gloves and get toppings and chips from the back. They also do fully GF catering!

Chido is one of our go to places for gf food. The staff is very knowledgeable and they don’t make you feel like you are an inconvenience. My celiac son has eaten there dozens of times and never gotten sick.

Great place to eat. Once you tell them you cant have gluten, they remove their gloves and get your food from the back. Have not had any problems eating here. Friendly staff.
Chips have a dedicated fryer where only the corn chips are made in it. They use a separate fryer for other things. Owner has celiac in family so knows about gluten free cross contamination. All sauces are gluten free. Only have to worry about the obvious flour tortillas. Will change gloves/use fresh ingredients. Delicious!

SUPER ACCOMMODATING!! as soon I said the word celiac the girl started changing her gloves and I didn’t even have to ask for them to use new toppings... they naturally did. the food was also super tasty and perfect for a quick, healthy, meal.

Love this place! I come here often and have never gotten sick. Staff understands how to prepare gluten free and dairy free food.
Staff always change their gloves and all topping are grabbed from the back. I have not been sick here and am a very sensitive celiac.
Yes
Good food. Plenty of naturally gluten free items but they need to change their gloves since the Cherros and flour tortillas are not gf
Yes
Knowledgeable about gluten issues. Changed gloves, went in back for lettuce, tomatoes, cheese without having to ask. GF chips. All items were gf except the obvious--flour tortillas. The pork was very tender, not overly salty. Would def go again.
Very cute inside and outside with it's tropical theme. Has an abundance of options for gluten free guests and is a similar restaurant/environment in comparison to Chipotle. They have salad and rice bowls, with options including salsa, beans, chicken, shrimp, and basically anything you can imagine. Highly recommend!!
Yes
They are accommodating with the gf requests to use uncontaminated food from the back. Good is very fresh, simple and delusions!!
Cali-mex food. Reasonably priced and delicious. Gluten free options include: corn tortillas & chips, salads, rice bowls. All of their meats are dry rub marinated in a gluten free spice mix. You tell them exactly what you want and watch them assemble it in front of you. May be iffy for a full blown Celiac, but has been safe for my gluten sensitivity.
