Almost everything is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Fried chicken is cooked in separate frier and is breaded in rice flour. Ramen can be made with rice noodles boiled separately. Staff is very knowledgeable about preventing cross contamination. When they bring out the food, most of the time the staff will even call out that it’s gluten free, which is a nice reminder it wasn’t forgotten. Amazing outdoor space.
