Big sign on the door that says NOT CELIAC safe. Do not eat here. Went with my vegan friend who is not gf. They wouldn’t put our name on the wait list till we were all standing together; there were 3 of us. We were working. After waiting for over 45 min and watching them prepare the food I knew I wasn’t going g to eat anything except the chips and chili quest sauce. I was even nervous about the chili since they ladle it on everything and I was nervous about it touching bread. The chips are from a bag and the chili looked like poop. Ordered a side of cheese since it was edible. Came home and made dinner. Will not be back.

ALL CELIACS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! So a warning that this review is harsh, but it's justified due to my experience. I am a vegan with celiac and I've been just as excited as everyone else to try this place since it opened. We finally were able to get there since they extended their hours to 8pm. We sit down and the first thing i notice is their menu has mostly everything marked GF which made me very happy! I had so many options to choose from! We start with ordering drinks, we ordered the mexican cokes. The waitress brought out this mexican cola...not what we ordered, but ok, we figured that's all they had and what they meant on the menu. Then we order the big mock with a gf free bun for me, my husband ordered the chik parm and we ordered a coney dog with gf bun to split. I asked the waitress if the fries were actually GF as they were marked. She said yes. So I clarified, do the fries have a dedicated fryer? She said yes. She asked if I had celiac, I said yes and she said she'd mark it on the ticket so the cooking staff could be careful with my order. I said Thank you! as I always appreciate a "knowledgeable-seeming" server on celiac disease. Then the manager or owner comes over and explains that they only have one grill so they can't cater to celiacs since it's one shared grill for everything. She said the only thing they recommend for celiacs is the vegan coney since they do have a dedicated space for the veggie dogs. She also said they fry their breaded chik'n in the same fryer as their french fries. So now I can't have the big mock or the french fries I was so excited to enjoy. We tell her she shouldn't mark things GF on the menu if they're not actually GF. She said that they mark things GF since some people don't have celiac and choose to be GF (like herself). We mull over whether to just leave then since the staff was so misinformed and the manager was dismissing people with celiac disease. But I decided that I at least wanted to stay and try this hyped up vegan coney dog. While we wait, we notice another waitress bring her table mexican coca colas. We call the waitress over and asked why we were given these mexican colas when we ordered mexican cokes. She said they normally don't have mexican coca cola and she has no idea where the other waitress is finding them since she didn't see them in the case......then she looks in the case and they're in the bottom of the case....So we finally get the actual drinks we ordered in the first place. Then the coney comes out. I should've taken a picture because it looked like vomit on the plate. What I consider chili on a coney dog was nothing compared to what they serve. CMO serves a chili colored goop with no substance to the sauce. I couldn't pick it up since they cut through the GF bun and it was falling apart when i tried to pick it up. So I cut one piece and tasted it. It was absolutely disgusting. I was horrified. We left immediately after that and ran to Seva for a delicious actual GF vegan meal.
