I had a great experience at the Chili’s in Ennis, TX. The waitress was very knowledgeable and showed me how to find the products without gluten. There is no dedicated gluten free menu, but online you can look it up at the table. I got chicken fajitas and asked them to cook it on a clean surface and it could not touch any wheat or gluten products. She totally understood and went back to explain to the kitchen. Corn tortillas were rolled up in foil so no CC. Felt very comfortable that my food was safe!!

I eat here regularly without problems. They have an allergy menu that I cross reference and then I tell them to ask the kitchen staff to double check that everything is good. Steak, fish, fajitas, potatoes, all good. Just no fries or chips. You can bring your own tortilla chips to order the queso if you want though.
What i like is i have no reaction from eating here and i get fries which means they have a dedicated fryer for fries...also my typical (but not every single time) order is a burger sans bun...the wait staff needs to be paid more - sometimes they're friendly and sometimes you have to give them grace - iykyk
They did not have a lot of options and the staff was only somewhat informed about gluten free items. I had a salad and the baked potato soup and I did not get sick.
Staff was educated about GF items - table had an electronic table kiosk that had a GF menu. Decent selection of items, from steaks and sides to kid menu items
I didn’t ask for a GF menu because I had already looked it up online. There are many gluten friendly options but high chance of cross contamination and no dedicated fryer.
