Review of Chili's

This was fine. My server was not super knowledgeable; however, Chili’s has a helpful allergen menu available online that outlines its dishes made without gluten containing ingredients AS WELL AS which items are prepared on shared equipment. I was able to explain what I needed to the server and he confirmed that the corporate statement matched how they were preparing food in their kitchen.

Obviously not my first choice, but I visit El Centro often, and this is one of my better experiences.
