ABSOLUTELY NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY! I wouldn't eat here again. Allergen lists inconsistent, cross-contamination highly likely. No assurances of precautions. Little evidence that they're actually committed to providing safely gluten-free dining.

Start was educated about GF items - table had an electronic table kiosk that had a GF menu. Decent selection of items, from steaks and sides to kid menu items
They have a dedicated gluten free menu and it’s indicated on the menu if there will be cross contamination by grill or prep area. The list of things that would not be contaminated was kind of small but there were at least a few options to choose from. The server was not super knowledgeable as I explained my sensitivity with cross contamination and brought out a salad with croutons (after asking specifically for no croutons), however they were very nice about it and immediately brought me a new salad. I also got the loaded baked potato soup which was awesome! Kind of a gamble going here but it seems somewhat celiac safe.

I was able to get a burger without a bun, it was delicious!
Don't waste your time here if you're gluten-free. Even if you find something that seems like it doesn't have gluten in it it will… I got the Mexican rice bowl and of course they put these little crispies- fried tortilla strips that were super spicy, so make sure you request they don't put those on. Not sure if they had gluten, hoping not!
