We called four times to ensure that our order was gluten-free, and when it was arrived, both “gluten-free” cheeseburgers were served on gluten buns

Manager came to talk to us. Ordered a shrimp bowl minus tortilla strips. Didn’t have any symptoms after eating. Chips are not gluten free so we brought in our own chips. Asked for a separate salsa bowl and waitress told us that chips fall into salsa container all the time and wouldn’t be safe to eat. She ended up going to find an unopened salsa that she opened and poured a bowl for my daughter.

Good GF options, specific menu and knowledgeable staff. I got the mango chili tilapia and it was great. I don't like to eat at chain restaurants but when you are traveling Chili's is a safe bet.
So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.

My family and I love chilis. The kiosk really helps incase you get a new server who might not be very knowledgeable about the menu.
