I’m not celiac or allergic to gluten just cannot have it as it worsens my disorder. So I can’t say how celiac or even intolerance friendly it is. However, online they have a gluten free menu and an allergy menu. I also have other dietary restrictions such as nut allergies and milk intolerance and still had quite a few options. I got their 3 for Me carry out deal for an entree with sides, a large drink and an appetizer and had tons of food. Normally when eating out with restrictions I feel like all I can eat are veggies and meat and never get full. I was STUFFED. Will be going back!! My exact order: Grilled Margarita Chicken With black beans And broccoli Appetizer: Chips and salsa Drink: Strawberry Lemonade (no extra charge!) Management Seemed very knowledge as well!

So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻
