They have a gluten-free menu (picture provided), but I had to do a bit of asking around to get it. They do not have tamari (GF soy sauce) but have dishes made without it. I’ve had their orange chicken (not listed as they were sold out of it the second time I went), the chef’s special stir-fried chicken, and the pan-fried rice cake with brown sugar, all without issue. Please note, however, that I am unsure of how strict they are in the kitchen with sautéing food separately from dishes with soy sauce; you may need to ask the server to ensure the food is made in a clean pan if you are extremely sensitive. Delicious and authentic Szechuan food!
