Very good place to eat in Bremen. The ingredients are marked on the menu. On the menu you can find some gluten-free options but you can also ask the chefs if they can make something different gluten-free for you. They also got gluten-free soy sauce which makes it really attractive to eat the delicious sushi. I made an internship their and from that I know that the food has good quality and they really care about your allergies in the kitchen.
