Fantastic! Almost all GF, including fried items like yuca fries. Mole is also GF which is a rare treat! Staff knew about allergies and could make sure allergy order was prepared on a separate area on the grill from flour tortillas. Some of the best food I’ve had in the valley, don’t skip this! Make a reservation in advance as it can be hard to get in here.
Everything on the menu was gf w exception of the burger bun and flour tortillas. The corn tortillas are excellent- who needs the flour. I had the mole special (don’t skip this), birria tacos and yucca fries. All delicious. Great cocktails too.
Great experience. Nearly the entire menu is gluten free / can be safe for celiacs and the staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Cocktails and food were excellent
