They have a printout with all the food and their ingredients. we found it slightly difficult to go through and figure out everything that was GF. they had a section that was for all the GF options however it was out dated. Also at other Brazilian steakhouses all of the sides are gluten free unfortunately here only the cheese bread was. which was a disappointment.
Food was okay not great. very expensive didnt get sick but will likely not come back was not impressed. prefer Rodizio grill much better.

Great service came to table with allergen chart easy to read and making eating her safely. Manager came to check on us. Felt good with no issues afterwards. Would recommend to anyone looking for a different spot for dinner.

I had many questions about cross contamination and the inherent dangers of a buffet and I was very nervous about eating there. Manager Tyler was extremely helpful. He made sure I had a steak cooked just for me and they offered a gluten free/allergen menu to check the sides and buffet items. Management checked on us several times to make sure all was well. Thanks again to the staff who went above and beyond on Christmas Day.

Celiac Friendly and Welcoming Service and food was good. One guest is celiac and all staff, including the chef, came to the table to ensure all was proper. Beautiful and energetic ambiance. Great crowd and it was filled. We used to live a block from the first Chima in Ft. Lauderdale and have many great memories from eating there. This location is larger and has maintained the variety of food selection, good service model, and excitement of the restaurant. Wish it wasn’t so far out in Tysons Corner, but it appears management is growing slowly and organically and preserving the special touches. Congrats on your discipline. Don’t change.

Food has always been good over the years. However, this is the first time being back since diag of celiac. Called restaurant ahead and they offered and sent me a list of GF items by email. Hosts, server, and “chefs” were very aware of cross contamination. Server (Fabio) walked me around salad bar and highlighted gluten items. He knew the main courses and deserts, too. I have had no negative impacts from the dinner. We will return. 👍🏻
