Food has always been good over the years. However, this is the first time being back since diag of celiac. Called restaurant ahead and they offered and sent me a list of GF items by email. Hosts, server, and “chefs” were very aware of cross contamination. Server (Fabio) walked me around salad bar and highlighted gluten items. He knew the main courses and deserts, too. I have had no negative impacts from the dinner. We will return. 👍🏻

Gluten free needed to be managed by me via using the official website, because staff was fairly clueless. Salad bar is not nearly as good as Texas De Brazil. Service overall was so bad, we left without paying a dime. As far as rating for GF. I was not overly concerned with the food, because it is mostly naturally GF, but for the money.. not good

Our experience here was amazing! Valet parking is $7 + tip, parking around there is metered or far, so we opted for valet. The atmosphere/decor was romantic. There was a singer outside that was good and complimented the vibe. The dress code is business causal, which we wore, but people also wore jeans and sneakers. We had Sebastian as a server and he was polite and attentive. The cheesy bread is 100% gf and so good. I didn’t waste stomach space on the salad bar, not the reason we came here. I did have some of the parm and gouda cheese and the arugula and sundried tomato salad. I tried every meat that came out and loved it all. My favorite was the beef rib and the cajun ribeye. Richard brought around the grilled pineapple, holy moly, that stuff is amazing! We had him come back several times and he even brought around the grilled cheese with honey. That was a great finisher! Highly recommend this place!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend, who has celiac disease could have one of the most memorable meals of our lives. The staff was knowledgable, friendly and made special trips to bring her things she could eat. 11/10

The staff was wonderful. The service from start to finish was great. Our server, Maria, was very attentive and checked constantly to make sure my daughter was taken care of and was able to eat what she wanted. We are dealing with a new diagnosis, and the help was very appreciated. The manager, Jennifer, checked on us as well. We will definitely be going back.

I have Celiac and eat here often. Love the cheese bread and appetizers. Everyone is so friendly.

delicious. my first time at any Brazilian steakhouse, so, i was surprised at the menu was without separate entrees. i don't eat that much so, they made bank on me lolz. very good service and the wait staff knows their stuff. bring your big wallet, though!
Yes
Separate menu. They allow to keep the menu so you can reference as they come around with the meat. Staff is educated so you really don't need the menu.
Yes
Extensive gf options. Sides on salad bar, but we went early so everything had just been brought out, and they keep it very clean

Great service came to table with allergen chart easy to read and making eating her safely. Manager came to check on us. Felt good with no issues afterwards. Would recommend to anyone looking for a different spot for dinner.

I had many questions about cross contamination and the inherent dangers of a buffet and I was very nervous about eating there. Manager Tyler was extremely helpful. He made sure I had a steak cooked just for me and they offered a gluten free/allergen menu to check the sides and buffet items. Management checked on us several times to make sure all was well. Thanks again to the staff who went above and beyond on Christmas Day.

Celiac Friendly and Welcoming Service and food was good. One guest is celiac and all staff, including the chef, came to the table to ensure all was proper. Beautiful and energetic ambiance. Great crowd and it was filled. We used to live a block from the first Chima in Ft. Lauderdale and have many great memories from eating there. This location is larger and has maintained the variety of food selection, good service model, and excitement of the restaurant. Wish it wasn’t so far out in Tysons Corner, but it appears management is growing slowly and organically and preserving the special touches. Congrats on your discipline. Don’t change.

A great Brazilian steakhouse. We made an online reservation and put a note that I cannot eat gluten. Upon arriving, they asked if we’d like a print out of the allergy information so I was aware of the items on the salad bar that are GF. The chef also came out and told us that the Cajun Ribeye and the lamb are not gluten free. He also said the sausages are made out of house and they cannot guarantee they are gluten free. Besides those 3 items, all of the meats are gluten free! Really nice experience and quality food.
