Food was decent. Service was lousy. The waitress told me I did not need to say gluten free if the menu said GF. I said ok and tried to point out that the first thing I ordered had a GF option. She interrupted me 2-3 times saying that she got it. When it came I double checked. App was GF but not the sauce. Glad I checked. Next she dropped my curry on the table and disappeared. It was chicken not tofu. Good thing I am not a vegan since I tasted it. I was told the kitchen messed up and then mostly avoided.

Went to an event catered by Chimm, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. They explained everything to me and had several appetizers and main dishes that were GF. The GF dishes were out out at the beginning of the serving line too, which made me feel much less stressed about cross-contact at a buffet!

They were very good at making sure I knew what was GF and what I could not have. It was delicious! Probably the best Pad Thai I have ever had. Highly recommend!

They have a few different gluten free options that are very good! We’ve tried the pho and the pad thai with great success!

Chimm is my wife's and my favorite restaurant. My favorite dish is the boat noodle soup. They are knowledgeable and helpful in ordering with an allergy. Many gf options and well-marked.
