Because I cannot order my "usual" anymore, I can still get great Chinese food that is gluten free! All you have to do is tell them and explain to them that you cannot have anything with flour in it or anything with soy sauce. They will accommodate by using corn starch for a white sauce and no soy sauce. So I can still get chicken with mixed vegetables with white rice with the white sauce (and I ask them to add garlic) I put my own gluten free soy sauce on at home. Have done this several times and have not gotten sick yet.
