The staff seemed knowledgeable, but the food was horrible!!! It was mush, no texture whatsoever. Literally chicken that was boiled in the sauce and the sauces were way too sweet for me. I won't be ordering from them again.
Staff was very informed on gluten free / Celiac Disease. Almost every item can be made gluten free, ie they will use gluten free sauces to cook your food, sub out noodles for rice noodles, not use batter for fried dishes, make your food in a clean environment. Have eaten there multiple times and never gotten sick.
