This was my first time in 15yrs eating Chinese and I had the most incredible experience. The chef came out and explained how they’ve adapted for gf in the kitchen and how they now primarily use gf flours. There’s only two items in their menu they can’t adapt (spring rolls and prawn toast). I had the chicken special and the deep fried honey king prawns with fried rice plus dumplings and it was SO delicious. I’m going to be a regular here, can’t rave enough about it.
