We loved this take away before needing to eat gluten free and were so pleased to find out the chips are gluten free and cooked in a dedicated fryer. From their website: “Inspired by the way they cook chips in the Netherlands, Andrew and Laura decided to bring this to the UK so that everyone could experience what real chips should taste like!”
