Review of Chipotle

Newly diagnosed, this is one of the first times I ventured outside my kitchen after being glutened at other restaurants. I was surprised at how quickly they took off their gloves and washed their hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy. They even took out fresh pans of lettuce and cheese for me and switched the utensils. I was a bit embarrassed to cause such a fuss (newly diagnosed), but also very grateful for their care. I almost cried. And, more importantly, I didn't get sick.
