Should start off by saying I HAVE CELIAC DISEASE.

On June 4th 2022, I went into this establishment and asked for the manager. I asked her if she has ever worked with guests who have Celiac Disease? She replied, "Yes, but please don't tell me you want me to make you a meal. I have everything in front and want to go clean. I care about your disease but I cannot shut my whole entire restaurant down just for you. I don't know of any Chipotle that would do that.". (There are plenty that will!!)

I stood there for a moment in pure shock. I then said, "you don't need to shut the whole place down just for me, you just need to.. you know what, never mind." She looked at me with pure disgust, anger, and hatred as I thanked her and walked away. She proceeds to speak with her coworker, likely talking about me.

It was then that I realized I had met her before. A long time ago, I came in and asked the same thing, she told me that she is ending her shift soon and unwilling to make a meal for me. Her facial expressions said that I was one big burden to her, and she was not about to work extra for me.

Once in the van, I broke into tears. One does not have to shut the whole restaurant down for a celiac, they just have to get stuff from the cooler, and meat/fajitas from the grill, And put it into a bowl for us. I do not understand why she thought it was okay to discriminate me and attack me? I was super calm and sweet both times.

This is unprofessional, rude, cruel, discriminatory, and hurtful. I warn you, please go to another Chipotle!!

This Chipotle should not be supported!! Not Celiac safe!!
