Most things here are naturally gf, and staff will change gloves if asked.

Bowls, tacos, and salads can be gf, as are chips and even the queso

I eat Chipotle regularly with few issues (controversial in celiac circles, I know), but this is one of the worst ones out there. The safety is similar to all other Chipotles, but they cannot handle the demand volume so be prepared to have half the toppings you asked for and an hour plus wait for mobile orders when the university is in session. Don’t even try getting fajita veggies or chips. Go to the one on Baum or the one on Carnegie’s campus for your own good (but to be honest all the Pittsburgh Chipotles have similar problems).

I always get the same order and have not encountered any issues. Bowl- caritas and steak, nothing dairy, no beans, dressing side, chips and guac, and a fizzy izzy. Knock on wood never had an upset stomach

I frequent this location regularly and I have never had an issue. The bowls are a highlight of my week. The staff are very attentive when I say I have a gluten allergy (easier than explaining celiac).

When you walk in and your daughter tells the server she has celiac and they start taking off their gloves to change them without being asked you know you are in the right place! Didn’t have to ask for any protocols. They were proactive and well informed. Always love Chipotle because my daughter can eat as close to “normal” as possible. Great experience at this location!!!

Most of the time I can eat here without a problem. Every once in a while there’s contamination. But the food is good and relatively cheap and healthy, so I usually take the risk if I need something quick or am in an unfamiliar area. Probably don’t eat here if you’re severely allergic.
