Ok, so here's the deal with Chipotle: they are a fast-food style restaurant. You can't expect them to automatically know how to handle your level of sensitivity. However, my experience has been that they are more than happy to change gloves, spoons, and even get fresh product from the back for you if you lead with telling them you have an allergy and asking them very nicely to do those things specifically. I am highly sensitive and have never had trouble here, but I am always super nice and very clear about what I need them to do.
