Review of Chipotle

I went in during a busy time of day (about 5.30 pm or so) and they were hopping, as might be expected of a Chipotle around the corner from an university campus! I asked the server to change his gloves because I had an allergy. He immediately asked if it was gluten and then took my order down the line the entire way himself, which caused a little bit of confusion and a short hold-up for those behind me. He told the other workers that it was a gluten allergy and he had to walk the order through himself. I wish I could remember his name. I feel very safe eating here anytime.
