To echo others: staff at this location typically take precautions if asked, swapping gloves, serving implements, and will outright swap the elements they typically hand-grab (lettuce and cheese). Even so, I've been had what I'd chalk up to exposure at this location. Not sure why, beyond just cross-exposure when preparing elements in the back area. Still, if you have to: here it is.
