This is one of my choices for dining out; however, I have had a slight reaction a few times. But in their defense, I don’t tell them about my allergy.

The only place I can eat out safely. The staff is always on point when I order my gluten free bowl. I have visited other locations in the DFW area, but they just don't rise to the level of service I found here in Sherman. Thanks for making my GF life a little easier!
Staff seemed to want to help but didn't seem to know what to do (changed gloves, didn't change spoons, had to get them to get fresh lettuce and cheese). They also didn't seem comfortable asking their manager (one started then stopped). When we asked about the lettuce and cheese, the worker asked the manager and he was rude and insisted that the lettuce had just been put out and was reluctant to help her get fresh cheese. So 5 stars for the workers and 0 for the manager.
No
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
God bless this restaurant. it's practically the only restaurant I can go to and not worry about contamination. the thing you need to watch for is the tortillas, and possibly the tacos ( I wouldn't get either, to be safe)
Yes
Current address is WRONG. Actual address is 875 Northcreek Dr. Food is tasty but staff GF awareness is not great. Fast-paced atmosphere a little loud for me but overall it was an ok experience for the area.

Just make sure you ask for them to change their gloves in case they just touched a flour tortilla. They’re pretty good about using new utensils or getting food from new bins

I was in a hurry and it was ready in time. I didn’t get sick so I would say it was good.

When told about an allergy they change gloves, wash their hands, and follow your food down the line!
I have never felt more comfortable than eating at Chipotle today. We can have everything but the tortillas and the honey vinegarette. They were able to answer all of my questions they only ever fry their chips in the friers which is cooked with masa Flour and we can have it. When ordering I let them know of my sensitivity and they washed their hands, got new gloves, and even changed the serving utensils to new ones. I would go here again and again. Most celiac friendly place I have been to that wasn't dedicated gluten free.
