Review of Chipotle

I eat here probably twice a month (maybe more often) and have never had a problem. The individual staff members may not have specific GF education, but the reality is that almost all of the products running through all Chipotles are GF. The notable exception is their soft, flour tortillas. They also note in their online information that the corn salsa should be avoided by individuals with severe reactivity as it may be cross-contaminated. It's great that Chipotle as an organization did their homework and is so forward with information! The biggest reason I don't eat here more often is the wait at lunchtime can be unbelievable. Overall, I still love it.

Update Feb 2016: I've now had enough trouble that I now don't eat here very often. The staff has changed, and they don't seem to know what's going on. How sad!
