Review of Chipotle

I love chipotle. When you tell them you have to eat gluten-free, they have a protocol that they go through of washing their hands, changing their gloves, changing out the serving utensils, and bringing out new lettuce, cheese, and guac.

I usually get a little embarrassed when I hold the line up for other customers so they can change everything out for me, but I have never been hassled by the employees. They actually reassure me that they don't mind, which helps! Plus, I have NEVER been sick from Chipotle, and my husband and I eat there frequently.
