Review of Chipotle

Chipotle in Mooresville does a great job with Celiac. I believe the management there is on top of it and has really trained their staff. Not only do they change their gloves, but they understand all about cross-contamination, and will get new containers of cheese and lettuce because the ones on the line have been cross contaminated by those handling the wheat tortillas.
