To the previous reviewer that said only the tofu is gluten free - that is incorrect. Please check their website. The only gluten containing items at Chipotle are the wraps. I've eaten at this location probably 100 times over the years with zero reaction. I'm Celiac and sensitive. Thank goodness for Chipotle.

Great experience! They easily answered my questions, changed gloves and brought out fresh cheese and lettuce as soon as I mentioned having a gluten allergy. Will definitely be back.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Dirty! And though we asked them to re-glove and clean the line, they only re-gloved. I had to explain to staff that our cheese, guac and lettuce needed to come from the back, according to Chipotle's allergy policy for cross contamination and other staff harassed her for doing it. They couldn't even properly roll a burrito for the one non-celiac person in our party, tortilla didn't close and exploded contents all over the place. I know we will probably be sick before we get home.
No
Staff was great, changing gloves as soon as I told them about my allergy. Food is fine.
Yes
Only the tofu is gluten free, the chicken and steak are not
Delicious. They were knowledgeable about cross contamination. They changed gloves, and got out fresh lettuce and cheese that weren't grabbed by the same gloves that touched flour tortillas.
Love the food here and have never had a problem with cross contamination. Tell the server you have a gluten allergy and they will change gloves and make your food with new ingredients.

This location (and almost all of the dozen+ we've been to) follow the allergen protocol Chipotle has to a T! The only thing that has to be avoided is the flour tortilla! To avoid the lunch rush (and give them time to prep) we use the phone app to order ahead. I've worked with the managers enough to trust that they are taking the same precautions whether we are watching or walk in to just pick up and then eat there or at home.

Great fast food! Employees wash their hands and clean their work station every time. You can eat everything except the tortillas.

This was my first time at Chipotle, and I am beyond impressed by the way they prepared my meal. I told them I had CD and she(the young lady that took my order) "yelled", "we have an allergen" (a little embarrassing) and she waited for the other preps to finish the previous orders and she wiped down the counter had every prep on the line change their gloves and made my tacos separately from the rest of my family!! Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Now let me go taste these tacos I hear so much about!!!

Chipotle is my life !

Best Chipotle ever! Thank you.
So pleased with their attention to safety for celiacs! Staff changed gloves, washed the line, and used separate cheese and lettuce containers so gloves would not cross contaminate with gluten. DELICIOUS AND SAFE! What a great combination!!!
Yes
My very favorite. I get the vegetarian bowl (apparently the wraps are the only thing containing gluten there!) and am even able to munch on chips with it. So good!
Always safe with the burrito bowls here. Cross contamination is possible but I’ve never experienced problems. Website lists allergen items.

Really accommodating of my coeliac disease, server washed their hands and changed their gloves before preparing the bowl, and I kept the same server. Appeared knowledgeable about needing to maintain GF.

They have an allergy statement in the front of line telling you to alert them of an allergy. I mentioned I had a gluten allergy and could they do a glove change. They were very nice about it but clearly weren’t very knowledgeable about what to do so just be clear with them. I asked for them to get fresh lettuce, cheese and guac from the back. I also know to avoid the corn salsa and the chips. They stuffed my bowl and it was delicious. I’ll definitely go back.

We eat here fairly frequently. We always ask the employees to wash their hands and change gloves. Most ingredients are GF, except the tortillas, so the kids get corn shell tacos and my husband and I get bowls. Avoid the cheese and lettuce if you are celiac or very sensitive - cheese and lettuce are the two ingredients where employees use their hands instead of a utensils. On occasion we’ve had to ask an employee to wash their hands twice, when they forgot and touched someone else order while in the midst of fulfilling ours.

My experiences at this Chipotle Mexican Grill have all been good. The customer service is decent, and the food is safe and tasty!
You really don't have to worry about gluten because virtually everything is gluten-free, excluding the flour tortillas. The food is what you'd expect: it isn't super high-quality meat, but it is seasoned and tasty (especially when you're in the mood for it)!
And as a plus, this Chipotle has a drive-thru, which is nice if you're someone who doesn't like to get out of their car to order. Although, I prefer going inside.
