Best experience at a Chipotle. Tell them you have Celiac disease / gluten allergy and ask them to wash hands, change spoons, and use fresh ingredients.

On our two visits here they were very knowledgeable. You may get less experienced employees, but in general they were very good compared to other Chipotles
