So I do work here…but I also eat here all the time! And I know in detail how we work around gluten and with those that have CD (including me). The only gluten containing ingredients we have are the burrito and soft taco tortillas. Those come to us in sealed bags and we don’t open them until we open and someone orders one of those from us. Gluten doesn’t touch any of our prep surfaces, fryers, or grill. It only touches the front counter. Just let them/us know and we can change the spoons, wipe the line down, and wash our hands, and change any pans if necessary. Our fryer is GF and we only use it to fry the corn chips and corn tortillas! I feel very safe eating here especially knowing what the behind the scenes looks like. I hope I could help!
